Current and Previous Work Experience: I am currently Training Officer for Journeys – a Gofal Project.  I design, deliver and continuously evaluate a variety of courses many of which are accredited, related to mental health and well-being.  I also train trainers to deliver Journeys’ award winning depression busting course.  I was amongst the first cohort to be trained to deliver both Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid.  I thoroughly enjoy delivering these courses.

I also do occasional work for the W.E.A on a variety of issues including Confidence Building and Alcohol Awareness.

I have delivered courses for Women Making a Difference including Women For A Change, related to Community Development and the Active Citizens Course.

Prior to working for Journeys I worked for UNISON as their regional education officer where I worked with a team of volunteer stewards and officers to write, deliver and evaluate courses as well as promoting and marketing courses and being responsible for a sizable budget.
